How to build backlinks

A backlink is a hyperlink that comes from one site to another. There are two types of do-follow and no-follow backlinks. Do-follow links are those we need for our link profiles. These links have value for the linked web source in the form of the so-called “link juice.” Google bots analyze backlinks and the rank of a site that was referred to. No-follow backlinks must also be placed on your link profile to show Google that it connects to different web sources, not just to get the link. These links have a no-follow tag and do not pass any value to the linked source. They are not visible to search robots and generally cannot be followed by average users. They serve as brand mentions.
